Please take a look at the sorts of sessions I provide below. These are all introductory sessions and are designed to help you take the first steps forwards, so you can start to deal with those niggly symptoms (or worse) that are getting in your way.

If there are no dates available to book for your chosen session or tune-up, it may be that this option is not running at the moment. I rotate and change the sessions I offer during the year. However, you can join my waiting list and I will let you know when the session you are interested in becomes available.
I also offer a range of packages to help you to manage your health challenges and feel the best that you can feel. I can tell you more about these when we meet.
